Perillo Achieves 100% Voting Record for 2008 |

HARTFORD- State Representative Jason Perillo (R-Shelton) has earned a one hundred percent voting record for all roll call votes taken on the floor of the House of Representatives during the 2008 Regular Session. The House Clerk’s Office released the data on members’ votes earlier this week. Perillo was elected in a special election in 2007.
“It certainly takes a little juggling but I take representing this district in Hartford very seriously,” said Perillo, who volunteers as Chief of Echo Hose Ambulance and also serves on the Shelton Board of Aldermen. “We have addressed a number of very critical issues in the legislature during the previous year, and it is critical that Shelton’s voice be heard on all of them.”
A perfect attendance is a very difficult thing to achieve with less than 20% of House members attaining it this year.
Perillo represents Shelton and is serving out the unexpired term of the late Richard O. Belden who passed away in August of 2007. He is a member of the legislature’s Appropriations, Environment and Commerce Committees.
The next regular session of the legislature will convene in January.
