State Legislator Distributes Information on Important Changes

HARTFORD- State Representative Arthur J. O’Neill (R-69th District) has now made available a packet of information including questions and answers on Medicare Part D and changes which have just taken place to the program.  The packet has detailed information about benefits and eligibility, prescription drug benefits, and an application for enrollment.

“There have been a number of changes concerning Medicare Part D, and it is important that people who may benefit from the programs currently offered have the kind of information they need to make smart choices about the kinds of coverage they will get for themselves,” said Representative O’Neill.  “I hope that anyone interested in this information won’t hesitate to go to one of the locations to pick up a copy, or contact my office to obtain it.”

Copies of this packet are available in the libraries of the towns in the 69th District, including the Southbury Public Library, the Gunn Memorial Library in Washington, the Minor Memorial Library in Roxbury, the Hodge Memorial Library in Roxbury, and the Bridgewater Public Library.  Copies of the packet can also be obtained by contacting Representative O’Neill’s office in Hartford by calling 1-800-842-1423, or emailing Representative O’Neill at Arthur.ONeill@housegop.state.ct.us.
