REP. GREENE ACHIEVES 100 PERCENT VOTING RECORD IN STATE LEGISLATURE |

Hartford—State Representative Len Greene, R-105th, achieved a perfect 100 percent voting record in the state legislature during the 2006 Legislative Sessions, according to statistics compiled by the clerk of the House of Representatives.
According to a statistical summary recently released by the General Assembly’s House Clerks Office, Rep Greene is one of only 21 House lawmakers to vote on all 321 bills presented on the House Floor during the 2006 legislative session. There are 151 members in the state House of Representatives.
“I take my job as state legislator very seriously,” said Rep. Greene. “While it can be difficult to do so, I strive to vote on every bill before us and am thankful I was able to achieve that again this year.”
Rep. Greene’s 100 percent attendance and voting record also parallels his commitment to his committee work. He maintains an excellent attendance record as Ranking Member (House Republican Leader) of the Legislature’s General Law Committee and as a member of the Public Safety and Homeland Security Committee and Environment Committee.
