"We only have one Long Island Sound.  Let's not take the risk of forever damaging the ecology of this critical body of water.  We won't get a second chance. FERC has never performed a serious analysis of the potential environmental consequences. Also, FERC undertook an absurdly limited review of alternatives. Let our voices be heard not ignored.”
