Reps. Floren, Sherer to Hold Stamford Town Meeting, March 18

 

Invite Residents to Discuss Hot Button Issues Now before the Legislature

State Rep. Livvy R. Floren, R-149th, and Donald B. Sherer, R-147th, will meet with members of the public at a Town Meeting, Saturday, March 18, in the Henry Bennett Branch Library at Turn of River, located at 115 Vine Road in Stamford.  It will be held in the Auditorium.

Residents are cordially invited to attend. Rep. Sherer will discuss issues expected to come before the 2006 session of the state legislature.

Rep. Sherer said, “There are many hot-button issues that will certainly arise this year, and I would like to hear voters’ opinions on these matters, as well as other issues you would like to raise.”

Rep. Floren represents the 149th District of Greenwich and Stamford in the state House of Representatives.
