Rep. Frey visits with Paul Roche, Director of the Ridgefield Parks and Recreation and Ridgefield resident. Paul,one of the longest serving Parks and Recreation directors in the state, was up for the CT Recreation and Parks Association annual day at the Capitol last week. The Connecticut Recreation and Parks Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion, development, and improvement of all recreation and parks services within the State of Connecticut.
