Anne Ruwet (R-Torrington) received the CT Farm Bureau's 2007 Legislator of the Year award for her commitment to Connecticut agriculture and farmers. During her time in office, Rep. Ruwet has been a consistent supporter of initiatives that enhance the viability of Connecticut agriculture, preserve farmland and strengthen the state's investment in farming.

State Rep. Anne Ruwet (R-Torrington), as the ranking member of the legislature’s Select Committee on Children, took part in an informational forum at the Legislative Office Building in Hartford on Thursday, April 19.
