Rep. Rowe and Kennedy Center President/CEO Martin D. Schwartz pose outside new handicapped accessible doors at the center's Reservoir Road facility. Rep. Rowe secured a $2,500 grant from the State Office of Policy and Management to install the doors, which will increase access for handicapped individuals.
