During the tour, the Connecticut National Guard - 14th Civil Support Team -- stationed in Windsor Locks, gave a Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) briefing on the new WMD response capability available to respond to a potential domestic chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear incident.
